RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Orluno Home, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return period starting from the date the last item in your order is delivered.

This voluntary 30-day return policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

To request a return, email us at support@orlunohome.com and include:

• Your order number
• The email address used for the order
• The reason for the return
• Photos or videos if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

We will review your request and provide return instructions and the return address. Please do not send a product back before receiving our instructions, as this may delay your return.

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

For returns requested between 15 and 30 days after delivery, the product must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• Returned with its original packaging, accessories, cables, and other included components
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

EU customers have a statutory 14-day right to withdraw from an online purchase without providing a reason. During this period, customers may inspect the product as they would in a physical store. A deduction may be made if the product has lost value due to handling beyond what was necessary to inspect its nature, characteristics, and operation.

RETURN SHIPPING

For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a tracked shipping method and keeping the shipping receipt.

If the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Orluno Home will cover reasonable return shipping costs or provide another appropriate solution.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS

Please inspect your order after delivery. If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact support@orlunohome.com as soon as possible and include clear photos or videos.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we may offer a replacement, repair, price reduction, or refund at no additional cost.

EU customers also benefit from the mandatory legal guarantee of conformity provided by applicable consumer law. These statutory rights are not limited by this policy.

CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be cancelled before they have been fulfilled. Contact support@orlunohome.com immediately if you wish to cancel an order.

If the order has already been shipped, it must be handled through the return procedure described in this policy.

REFUNDS

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

For approved voluntary returns, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refund.

For an EU statutory withdrawal, we will issue the required refund within 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or evidence that it has been sent back.

Where required by EU law, the cost of standard outbound delivery will also be refunded. Any additional cost resulting from choosing express or premium delivery will not be refunded.

Outside the European Union, original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

EXCHANGES

The fastest way to receive a different product or variant is to request a return and place a new order after your return has been approved.

CUSTOMERS OUTSIDE THE EUROPEAN UNION

For customers outside the European Union, returns are governed by this voluntary 30-day return policy and any mandatory consumer rights under applicable local law.
